The Ariat Heritage has Four Layer Rebound (4LR™) Technology. Ariat quality and comfort at exceptional value. The 4LR Footbed, featuring EVA cushioning, is combined with a moisture wicking sock liner to maintain all day comfort and support. In combination with Ariat’s patented Duratread™ outsole, 4LR technology provides long lasting comfort and flexibility.
Shank
Composite fiber is lightweight; does not conduct heat, cold or electricity; offers superior support over steel and other shank materials.
Broad shank shape maintains balance and proper body alignment. The mid-foot support prevents metatarsal stress. Torsional stability reduces foot fatigue, and the forked shape allows natural forefoot flex.
Footbed

Please return goods to us at address below, with a copy of the receipt and a brief note including your name and address, (order reference number if known) telephone number and details of the fault. We will then evauluate the fault fairly with the customer and make good as required. This may include a replacement or full refund including postage. This does not effect your statutory rights.
Incorrect Size
Goods may be exchanged where possible for a different size or type or refunded; the customer is liable for the additional postage costs back to us. UK return (swop) postage back to the customer will be paid for by us. Please return goods to the address below within 14 days from date of purchase and please include a copy of the receipt and a brief note including your telephone number address (order reference number if known) and what you would like in exchange.
Wrongly Dispatched Items
Please return the item to us, include a copy of the receipt and a brief note including your telephone number address (Reference Number if known) Please obtain proof of postage and keep postage receipt as this will be refunded back to you.
Straight Refunds
We as a company realise that footwear is a very important purchase, and we want our customers to be happy. The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states customers have 7 working days to return goods with out even giving a reason to obtain a refund. We will except returns up to 14 days after purchase. However in the case that free outward shipping has been granted (all UK deliverys on items over £70) a charge of £4.50 will be made to part cover costs. Please note Postage Charges are non refundable unless goods are incorrectly dispatched or faulty.
Returns Address
Our usual outbound courier is Interlink Express; however the recommendation is to use the Royal Mail Post Office for Returns as it is cheaper and next day delivery is not required. Please obtain proof of postage and keep the postage receipt for any items returned to us.
